Dr. Adkins graduated from the Medical College of Georgia. Prior to studying at Medical College of Georgia, she attended Georgia State University. She is a member of the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Dental Implant Association. She is also a lifetime member of the Golden Key Honor Society.
Dr. Adkins opened Downtown Dental in March 2006, in beautiful downtown Augusta, GA because of her love for the area. Being able to walk along the tree-lined sidewalks and pop into the stores on a lovely spring day is a pleasure for her. "There are some great restaurants, and there is a real community feeling downtown."
Since she began practicing dentistry, Dr. Adkins has kept up to date with continuing education classes, ensuring that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. She has a husband and three children, a cat and a dog!
